At Loch Lomond Whiskies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged or is no longer required, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the seal remains intact.

Return Process

  Notify our team via email or phone within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process and receive your unique authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Ensure the bottle is placed back in its original presentation box and securely packed in the shipping carton to prevent breakage during transit.

  Dispatch the Parcel

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest designated courier point, ensuring you retain the proof of postage.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our distillery team inspects the returned goods to verify the seal is unbroken, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
